Comply Serve's business focus is in markets where there is a need to address complex compliance and assurance goals on high risk, high value programmes of work.

Our history

Comply Serve was established in 2005 and continues to grow into a dynamic software company offering compliance, assurance and validation solutions to highly regulated industries.

The company evolved out of the world's leading provider of requirements management solutions, Telelogic AB (now owned by IBM), where the founding team discovered a significant and largely untapped market opportunity for project supply chain compliance solutions.

Delivering scalable & secure software solutions

Comply Serve use a Software as a Service (SaaS) business model to deliver solutions to our end users over the internet in a cost effective and secure manner. This means that clients do not have to install and maintain additional software and the solution can be accessed almost anywhere in the world 24/7 365 days a year, thus lowering the total cost of ownership with minimal IT footprint.

The team

Comply Serve is led by its founding members, a highly experienced group of individuals with many years of experience in delivering leading edge IT solutions in a range of market segments.

With a strong market driven emphasis geared towards customer satisfaction, the team has demonstrated its ability to respond effectively to market and client needs.

The Executive Management Team is augmented by a non-Executive Board that complements and adds significant value both in terms of experience and market contacts. Underpinning all of this is a Technical Advisory Panel of industry recognised personalities who are involved because they are passionate about their industries and believe that Comply Serve will make a substantial improvement to the quality and outcome of activity in these respective industry segments.
