How we started out

Comply Serve is a dynamic and growing software company offering compliance and validation solutions to highly regulated industries. The company evolved out of the world's leading provider of requirements management solutions, Telelogic AB, where the founding team discovered a significant and largely untapped market opportunity for project supply chain compliance solutions. After 3 years spent researching the compliance market, it started trading in January 2006.

The problem we address

Comply Serve's primary business goal is to help large projects or companies to manage complex compliance needs throughout the project supply chain whilst delivering significant time, quality and financial advantages to the client.  Comply Serve provides a range of solutions for its clients that enable them to demonstrate compliance and adherence to all project specifications and contractual obligations including compliance to technical, safety, health, environmental and industry standards, with complete auditability.

This aspect of project management is still poorly managed, significantly contributing to project impairment, cost over runs and delays. Comply Serve is able to helps its customers to meet their responsibilities and accountabilities to regulatory authorities and to their contractual requirements. Clients are better equipped to avoid rework, penalties, prosecutions and fines. To date, no vendor has been as ideally placed to address this market need as Comply Serve.

Delivering scaleable & secure software solutions

Comply Serve use a Software as a Service (SaaS) business model to deliver solutions to our end users over the internet in a cost effective and secure manner.  This means that clients do not have to install and maintain additional software and the solution can be accessed almost anywhere in the world 24/7 365 days a year, thus lowering the total cost of ownership with minimal IT footprint.

The Team

Led by a highly experienced founding management team who have worked together for more than six years delivering leading edge IT solutions in a range of market segments, Comply Serve have an unparalleled expertise in this field, With a strong market driven emphasis geared towards customer satisfaction, the team has demonstrated its ability to respond effectively to market and client needs.

The Executive Management Team is augmented by a non-Executive Board that compliments and adds significant value both in terms of experience and market contacts. Underpinning all of this is a Technical Advisory Panel of industry recognised personalities who are involved because they are passionate about their industries and believe that Comply Serve will make a substantial improvement to the quality and outcome of activity in these respective industry segments.
