How do I access the products we have access to?

All of Comply Serve's solutions are accessed via the Comply Serve website. The client login button is prominent on every page in the top right corner of the website.

This takes the user to a secure login page where they are asked for User Name, Password and Domain information. All user names and passwords will be sent to the client administrator and all passwords can be configured to expire in accordance to any security processes and guidelines they may wish us to follow. The access to the service is through our https, secure socket layer portal, in addition we have total firewall protection into our server farm.

Where is my data stored and how secure is it?

Our hosting company The Bunker has been delivering robust, Ultra* secure managed hosting solutions for more than 10 years.

The Bunker save and store all our client information in a unique, insulated environment that only the client and Comply Serve staff can access, in addition Comply Serve can offer a standalone server environment for added piece of mind. As part of our Service Level Agreement, we ensure that our servers automatically download and install all the latest security patches. Nightly backup's and mirrored RAID drives and is located in a facility served via diverse underground telecommunications carriers and backed with uninterruptible power systems. All data is backed up in an offsite location, ensures that data is as secure as can be made possible
