How it works

A tender request is sent electronically to all invited suppliers with a link and login to the system. The bidding company will then complete all requirements to the tender electronically. An added benefit to the suppliers is the ability to raise request for further information, questions or clarifications on any of the requirements. Responses can be sent globally or to individual suppliers.

A submission status indicates the progress being made within the tender from a supplier.

When responses have been submitted by all of the suppliers, you will have the opportunity to score and grade suppliers based on their responses – all in a single view.

The system allows you to easily see any outstanding requests for information from suppliers and any responses are available instantly.

For ease of use, requirements can be filtered by the suppliers to sort those questions which have been responded to and those which still require a response. Only information which has been submitted by the supplier can be viewed by the client.
