What is the guaranteed up time?
Our standard SLA guarantee is that when not undergoing scheduled maintenance, the Comply Serve Delivery Network Infrastructure will be available 99.99% of the time in each month.
In August 2007 Complyserve announced that over a 15 month period (10,950 hrs of operation) it only lost 4.5 hours of service.
This equates to 99.96% of available uptime over the 15 month period.
Industry standard SLA is 99.9% uptime over 12 months, this = 8.76 lost hours!
Complyserve has lost 4.5 hours over 15 months so Complyserve out performs Industry Standard!
