Logging in using Java

If you're having problems logging in using the Citrix client you can also use a Java client.
Once logged into the Citrix environment you can choose to use the Java client by going to the 'Customise user interface' button (the middle one) on the applications menu.
Go to client preferences and select 'Java Client'.

Please note that you need the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) to run the Java client. Most machines have this installed. If not please contact please contact your IT representative or Comply Serve support for further advice.
