What are the prerequisites to using Comply Pro?
Whether Comply Pro is being taken on by a project or as an enterprise wide solution there are several pre requisites needed:
1) Hosted DOORS Database populated with Data
2) DOORS Data configured and mapped to Comply Pro user interface
3) Either Citrix Web or Java client installed on the client machine (ensure the IT management team allow the Citrix application through the network firewall)
4) A browser (Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox)
5) User Name and Password to gain access to the hosted environment (Issued by Comply Serve)
