Comply Pro FAQs

How do I ensure Comply Pro is accessed by those who have authority to do so?

Comply Pro user access permissions are governed and controlled by the underlying DOORS data base which supports role based access

Those who do not have a user name and password will not only be unable to gain access to the Comply Serve hosted environment but also unable to gain access to your data and specific database using hosted DOORS or Comply Pro

Those who do have a user name and password can also have their access controlled by the client DOORS admin user e.g.
Your sharing your project requirements with a certain supplier or subcontractor, you want them to input their compliance and assurance statements but not change the requirement itself in Comply Pro.
A group in DOORS giving this type of access to certain attributes can control Comply Pro editing.
