When do hosting servers get maintained and updated?
The servers get taken down periodically for maintenance and upgrade.
The maintenance is usually done when the least amount of users are likely to be on the system, i.e. weekends and evenings.
You will be advised in good time when maintenance is due to be carried out giving our clients the opportunity to communicate this to possible users in these times.
This process is documented in detail in your SLA. (Service Level Agreement)
