Using Comply Serves Hosted services for the first time
You will be required to provide a list of usernames, email and other contact details to Comply Serve.
These will be used to set up system users on the server that DOORS sits on in our secure hosted environment
The system user name is used by Citrix and LDAP. This is associated with the relevant subscription the client has procured with us. Login credentials only need to be entered once.
Once you have recieved confirmation on completion of the setup, you will be able to go to the Comply Serve website http://www.complyserve.com/ and login to your subscribed product via the Client Login tab at the top right hand side of every page.
