Comply Serve Ltd delivers end-to-end Project Compliance Solution for Crossrail

Comply Serve Ltd is a world leading software company providing compliance solutions for complex, high value projects in highly regulated industries ranging from transport and construction to pharmaceutical and utilities. It delivers its solutions via a Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted model over the internet underpinned by a cost effective subscription based pricing structure. This provides large and disparate project teams easy access to key project data and real time compliance information that is always up-to-date. This enables the project team to make confident decisions based on consistent and valid information and ensures stakeholders are on track to meet client objectives.

Comply Serve will develop a programme wide compliance capability for the entire Crossrail Project that will ultimately link the programme's high level specification to all aspects of the programme delivery - including; standards, legislation and legal entities - ensuring that the programme is fully compliant. This capability flows down throughout the project, connecting all the Multi Disciplinary Consultants (MDC's) and associated partners.

Chris Rolison, Comply Serve's Managing Director said, "We are very happy to have been chosen by Crossrail to support their project compliance and project assurance needs on one of the UK's leading flagship transport projects. Even at this very early stage, the team are seeing the benefits of the Comply Serve approach to compliance".

Jignesh Patel, Heading the Requirements Assurance & Standards Team at Crossrail said, "We chose Comply Serve because they were the able to offer a web-based service capability for programme compliance. Given that we will have many supply chain partners accessing the compliance database, a web-based facility was imperative. By using a SaaS based solution the Comply Serve offering removes the need for us and our supply chain to have inhouse support and the IT footprint is very small - we are very impressed".

Nick Bradshaw, Sales & Marketing Director at Comply Serve said, "This is another example of the benefits of our client partner approach. We are able to take early project and programme requirements and make them visible to the entire project team. Very large and spatially separated project teams are, for the first time, able to demonstrate compliance in a very cost effective way with minimal IT investment, zero software maintenance and rapid deployment over the internet".
