- Comply Serve announces date of Annual Conference: This event, to be held at the historic Institute of Civil Engineers, London, December 2007, and will gather together existing users, partners and people looking to adopt compliance and assurance solutions for their own business needs. Hear from leading industry figures and network with your peers. We are very pleased to announce that Adrian Lyons CBE, former Director General of The Railway Forum and leading figure in the rail industry will provide the conference Key Note address. - Comply Serve maintains 99.97 % uptime over 15 months for one of its major clients using its hosted project assurance solution. Chris Rolison CEO Comply Serve commented, "This is a great achievement and proves that web based companies like Comply Serve can provide clients with reliable and accessible solutions using an on-demand business model".
- Comply Serve plans Q4 release of Comply Pro V2.0. that will utilize a Java GUI and introduce a range of compliance and management metrics. Look out for further announcements in due course.

- To see the current list of FAQs click here. If you cannot see an FAQ that addresses your problem let us know and we will update the list for the benefit of the user community.
- Remember that access to all our products is via the Comply Serve Home Page Simply click the blue "Client Login" button at the top right of the page. Complete your user login credentials and logon on. This takes you to the product and associated database you have subscribed to.
- Don't forget, if you do experience a problem with our service and it cannot be solved using the FAQs, please contact us via the Support Page. Here you will be able to contact us directly by phone, categorize your problem and submit a Support Request
People
- Comply Serve's announces appointment of Alex Rowley to the UK Sales Team. Alex has a background in the use of the requirements management solution DOORS and worked with the Comply Serve team during their time at Telelogic UK. He will be a valuable asset to the company and will be meeting some of you soon!
- We also welcome Terry McMahon as IT Manager. Terry brings a wealth of experience in managing IT infrastructure and associated services and will be heading up the support department. He will be working out of our Birmingham Office and will be growing our SaaS / IT infrastructure over the coming months.
