Comply Serve Announces

Release of ComplyPro 2

ComplyPro 2 is the latest release of Comply Serve's project

Compliance & Assurance solution for large-scale engineering projects in the rail, transport, civil engineering and utilities markets

United Kingdom 14th November 2007 Comply Serve Ltd is a UK based software company delivering  compliance and assurance solutions to complex, high value projects in regulated industries ranging from transport and construction to pharmaceutical and utilities.  Comply Serve solutions are accessed via a 'Software as a Service' (SaaS) business model, over the internet, underpinned by a cost effective subscription based pricing structure.

ComplyPro uniquely provides large and distributed project teams easy access to key project data and real-time compliance information that is always up-to-date, requiring minimal IT support. This means that project management are able to make confident decisions based on accurate up-to-date information that ensures the efficient capture of compliance and assurance evidence throughout the supply chain - resulting in significant overall cost savings due to rework minimisation.

ComplyPro is already deployed for example, by the Balfour Beatty - Carillion Joint Venture on the East London Line Upgrade Major Works project, a £363 million first phase of a wider programme of work to improve London's rail infrastructure, transport and rolling stock in time for the 2012 London Olympics.  ComplyPro is ensuring that the Major Works delivery is compliant with  client specifications across the supply chain organisation and manages the 'flow down' of engineering changes. This means that previously unattainable levels of impact analysis are achieved together with faster turnaround of more accurate cost of change estimates.

Building on the success of ComplyPro 1, Comply Serve is pleased to announce that Comply Pro 2 will be available as a pre-launch Beta on 19th November 2007 with projected full release January 28th 2008. Chris Rolison Chief Executive Officer said, "ComplyPro 2 is a major development in our strategy to improve the way large, complex engineering projects can manage compliance and assurance in real-time throughout the supply chain. We have worked closely with customers and industry organisations alike to build a product that will meet their needs now, over the next few years and beyond". He concluded, "ComplyPro 2 will bring a new dimension to how projects can collaborate and staff can assess vital project compliance metrics with ease, we are very excited to be launching this product."

Chief Technology Officer, Adrian Van Emmenis, said, "We have listened to our customers and the market place and built some great new functionality into ComplyPro 2. Keeping large dispersed project teams working on the same data, is a challenge." He went on to say, "The solution needs to be powerful enough to give the project office the reporting and monitoring tools they need to manage project compliance but it also needs to be simple enough for project teams and their supply chain to pick it up and use it immediately. Above all it needs to be available to them wherever they are and whenever they need it." He concluded, "Using modern Web technology we can do just that. Now we can let project compliance management break out of the confines of old office based systems and spread throughout the whole supply chain."
