Comply Serve Ltd becomes a member of the SIIA

United Kingdom.  November 22nd, 2007.  The Software & Information Industry Association is the principal trade association for the software and digital content industry. SIIA provides global services in government relations, business development, corporate education and intellectual property protection to the leading companies that are setting the pace for the digital age.

Comply Serve Ltd has become a member of the The Software Division of the SIIA, a division that provides a forum for companies developing the applications, services, infrastructure and tools that are driving the software and services industry forward. Through the division, executives of top companies meet to brainstorm, collaborate, and discuss the industry's latest challenges. The division's many programs offer excellent vehicles for companies to develop partnerships, boost their profile, and gain strategic insight on key issues.

The SIIA Software Division is heavily involved in the Software as a Service (SaaS) movement and as such has created the Executive Council on Software as a Service - a group in which Comply Serve are active.  SIIA are working with member companies to assure a smooth transition for software publishers and a robust future for the software service model. SIIA, as a neutral industry group working to validate the business model, is uniquely positioned to address the challenges of the new paradigm, illuminate benefits and drive acceptance among industry analysts and potential customers.

Through the Software Division, executives from companies large and small, public and private, come together in various working groups and committees to address strategic issues facing their companies. The results: industry-leading best practices, guidelines, case studies, standards and development opportunities. The working agenda evolves in conjunction with industry trends and at the direction of members.
