Comply Serve joins the Major Projects Association (MPA)

The Major Projects Association provides a forum for organisations concerned with large complex projects to share knowledge and experience. Based in the United Kingdom, it is international and interdisciplinary. Its members include government departments and agencies, contractors, consulting engineers, suppliers, management consultants, lawyers, funding institutions and project promoters.

The vision of the MPA is the development and adoption of improved practice in initiating and implementing major projects and benefits the promoters of major projects by delivering better value for their investments and benefits the businesses which contribute to the delivery of major projects by increasing the value of what they do.

"We felt that the aims and goals of the MPA aligned well with our own objectives and the benefits our solutions bring to the management of complex requirements and associated complaince on very large projects", said Chris Rolison CEO Comply Serve. He concluded, "We are looking forward to being part of one of the UK's foremost industry associations that is striving to improve the way projects are delivered."

Comply Serve provides companies with an easy and efficient way of managing and communicating complex project specifications to geographically dispersed project teams, providing:

1. Greater control and visibility at managing project change

2. The automation of manpower intensive / expensive paper chasing audit trails

3. The provision of management metrics on solution usage and level of compliance throughout the supply chain

4. The ability of project directors and suppliers to manage and demonstrate compliance via an easy to use and easy to implement software solution

5. Enhanced levels of collaboration - the entire project and supply chain can see the same set of requirements and work packages

6. Cost effective subscription cost model - you pay for what you need and use
