Richard George joins the Comply Serve board as Non-Executive Director

Comply serve is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard George to the board of Comply Serve Limited as a non-executive director.


With an strong background in Finance and IT and specialising in the software industry, Richard brings a wealth of relevant experience to Comply Serve where his financial background and business experience will bring added strength to the board. Richard originally qualified as a chartered accountant and corporate treasurer with Price Waterhouse before becoming a very successful business leader where he has a broad experience and enthusiasm for helping businesses achieve their potential.


As well as serving as a non-executive director for Comply Serve and two other companies, Richard's main role is Chief Executive of a £55M turnover provider of dental plan administration services.

Richard is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Bankers.


He has a first class honours degree in Economic and Social History from University College Swansea.
