Comply Serve, the market leader in Progressive Assurance solutions for the infrastructure sector, is delighted to announce the expansion of its operations in Dubai to directly serve its fast-growing client base in the Middle East and Asia. John Conmy has been appointed to the Comply Serve Main Board of Directors and will be the General Manager & Director based at the Dubai Office, to lead the Comply Serve operation for the Middle East and Asia regions.
ComplyPro, the company’s Progressive Assurance solution is used across a number of flagship programmes in this region including Etihad Rail, Qatar Rail (where ComplyPro has been adopted as the corporate solution for project assurance) and the Riyadh Metro Programme in Saudi Arabia and is continuing to grow and expand.
Chris Rolison, founder of Comply Serve, commented: “ComplyPro has rapidly become the ‘go to’ system for Project Assurance in the Middle East and we are now engaged on the majority of current rail infrastructure programmes in this part of the world. The assurance software is mandated at Qatar Rail for the Doha Metro and Long Distance programmes along with working on contracts such as the Mitsubishi-led consortium for the use of ComplyPro on the Systems and Rolling Stock contract. It is vital that we continue to grow our Middle East operation to capitalise on our success and the establishment of our Dubai office is key to our long term strategy.”
Rolison continued: “I am delighted that John Conmy is heading up our MEA operation. John has over 10 years’ experience in the region and will provide the expertise and leadership we need moving forward. John will also look at moving us into the right position and geographies as we build the team there.”
John Conmy brings a wealth of Middle East sales and management experience to Comply Serve, having established the Middle East presence and grown the customer base for construction software company RedSky IT and, more recently, for global software and services company COINS (Construction Industry Solutions) in the construction, engineering and residential building sectors, based in Dubai.
John Conmy commented: “Comply Serve are the market leader in Progressive Assurance on large-scale infrastructure projects and have a world-class product in ComplyPro, backed up by an incredibly strong and knowledgeable team of people for implementation and support and I am delighted to be leading the team to continue our expansion. The Middle East is well known for the scale and complexity of the projects it undertakes and it is particularly pleasing to see the positive way in which the region has embraced progressive assurance.”
Comply Serve have also recently announced the signing of a major infrastructure contract in Kuala Lumpur for a project-wide implementation of its Progressive Assurance solution, ComplyPro.
This significant win represents the largest single contract signed to date and is further testament to the success Comply Serve is enjoying across its international operations. It is an exciting time for all involved and the Comply Serve team look forward to working on what is the most significant infrastructure project ever undertaken in Malaysia.
