He has worked for almost 15 years within these industries and has supported pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies through all stages of the regulatory approval cycle. He graduated from Dublin City University (DCU) in 1990 with an honours degree in Biotechnology and worked in various quality assurance roles within the regulated life-science industries before becoming founder of First Solutions Ltd where he has worked as Managing Director and Senior Consultant since 1998.

Neil Sutcliffe

Neil Sutcliffe worked for fifteen years in the telecommunications equipment sector for Marconi plc. Between 2001 and 2006 he played a central role in the rehabilitation and turn a round of the company. Ultimately he served as Chief Operating Officer, prior to the sale of the business to Ericsson of Sweden in early 2006. Prior to 2001, he served as the CEO of Marconi's Services division where he was responsible for major project deployments in the Rail, Defence and Telecommunications sectors. Neil also serves as a Non Executive Director for i-nexus, a provider of Strategy Execution and Performance Management Software.
