Neil Sutcliffe - Non-Executive Chairman of Comply Serve
Neil Sutcliffe worked for fifteen years in the telecommunications equipment sector for Marconi plc. Between 2001 and 2006 he played a central role in the rehabilitation and turn a round of the company. Ultimately he served as Chief Operating Officer, prior to the sale of the business to Ericsson of Sweden in early 2006. Prior to 2001, he served as the CEO of Marconi's Services division where he was responsible for major project deployments in the Rail, Defence and Telecommunications sectors. Neil also serves as a Non Executive Director for i-nexus, a provider of Strategy Execution and Performance Management Software. |

Richard George - Non-Executive Director
Richard originally qualified as a chartered accountant and corporate treasurer with Price Waterhouse before becoming a very successful business leader where he has a broad experience and enthusiasm for helping businesses achieve their potential. As well as serving as a non-executive director for Comply Serve and two other companies, Richard's main role is Chief Executive of a £55M turnover provider of dental plan administration services. |
