| Comply Serve strengthens top team with three new appointments |

Comply Serve, the Project Compliance solutions innovator, has appointed three new directors to strengthen its senior management team as the company continues to drive its growth strategy. The appointments further boost the company’s international and market expansion objectives.
Mark Chambers - becomes Comply Serve’s new Non-Executive Chairman and will guide the Board as it executes its business objectives. Mark brings with him a wealth of experience in both technology and software solutions fields and will be able to call on his extensive experience gained within the industries Comply Serve is targeting.
Don Cameron - Don joins Comply Serve as Sales and Marketing Director and has the responsibility to build, lead and manage Comply Serve’s UK and international sales function and develop, implement and drive the sales strategy. A highly experienced director and sales leader, Don has extensive general management, sales and marketing experience in the IT and telecoms industry.
Steve Tosh – will join the company as Product Development and Operations Director and will drive the development and delivery of Comply Serve’s products and services. Steve will lead and manage the product marketing, R&D and operations functions, taking overall responsibility for the product roadmap and delivery strategy. Steve is a seasoned director with strong product leadership experience derived from a number of leading technology organisations.

About Mark Chambers
Mark has extensive experience as a senior manager spanning over 20 years, mainly in technology, software and services related businesses. Mark has held a number of non-executive director and chairman roles and previously worked as CEO, Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director at Misys, RedSky Group and Ramesys Ltd. where he has gained valuable experience of managing relationships with PLC boards and private equity houses. Amongst his interests Mark enjoys international travel and is an experienced scuba diver. About Don Cameron An experienced director, Don has a wealth of sales and marketing management experience in the IT and telecoms industries with roles including those at ICL, Fujitsu, KCSL and Intergraph. Additionally he has experience of growing early stage businesses such as Mobiqa where he built a worldwide sales organisation across 35 countries. With strong strategic planning skills Don has successfully negotiated sales, marketing and general management roles across many market sectors within different corporate cultures - from start-ups to major corporations. Don has a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Technology and Management from Bradford University and a passion for rugby that sees him still playing for his local town. About Steve Tosh Steve is an experienced and entrepreneurial leader in building and delivering market and award winning software products into the Construction and Professional Services marketplaces. Steve has a track record of developing leading-edge deliverables and effective technologies, while providing advanced capabilities in business operations and professional services alongside enhanced customer service levels and best practices for an array of ‘blue chip’ clients. Steve has held senior product management positions with a number of leading software technology companies most recently with Nottingham based Union Square Software Ltd. Other roles include Chief Operating Officer for Tekton (now called Sage Construction and part of the Sage Group PLC), Quality Director for RedSky IT and Software Development & Operations Director for Syntech in Cardiff.
