Subscription types

By means of managed service contracts backed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) Comply Serve offers project and standards compliance management, so that a responsible company can demonstrate its strict adherence to the regulatory standards.  A Comply Serve subscription license includes access to a hosted web-based application which can be easily and cost-effectively deployed throughout a customer's supply chain organisation.

Comply Serve offers three kinds of subscription rates for both large and small companies and bespoke arrangement for very large projects involving multiple companies. All contracts are flexible in nature and backed by an agreed SLA for additional piece of mind.  The following subscription options are available:

• Project Subscription: This is where an entire project team (client, project office and 3rd party contractors) require access to all or part of the information the project has created via our solutions.  This is typically used for large construction projects or one-off projects.  Subscriptions are based on the total number of "end users" in the community and is charged on a yearly basis and flexible to accomodate growth as the project increases in size.
• Enterprise Subscription: This is typically where an organistion wishes to use our solutions within its own business or a division in that business.  Examples of this kind of subscription might apply to organisations working on large bids or projects across multiple sites or geographically spaced offices in other countries or where there is a need to share information for compliance purposes with other groups in the same company.
• Project Archive Subscription: When a project is completed and handed back to the client, the associated project data can be archived and hosted by Comply Serve.  This offers a very cost effective and secure way of allowing flexible access to legacy data anywhere in the world and allows key project staff to access the data when the project needs to be upgraded, maintained or changed.  This can be used in combination with "Project" or "Enterprise" subscriptions on a case by case basis.
