| Citrix Client software not detected |
If you are using Microsoft's Internet Explorer:When you log in to the Comply Serve system for the first time using a particular computer you will get prompted for permission to install an addin called "Citrix Helper Control". If you do not allow this to install our system cannot tell if you have a Citrix Client installed and whenever you log in you will see a warning saying:
Adding all ComplyServe sites to the Trusted Sites list within Internet Explorer should allow the Active X control to run without prompting. You may be able (unless this has been disabled by your IT dept) set this up by opening Internet Explorer and selecting the tools menu, Internet options, security, click on trusted sites, click on the Sites button and adding https://*.complyserve.com/
If you are using any other Internet browser:This message can safely be ignored.... as long as you applications start OK. If you appl;ications don't start then it may well be that you do not have the client software installed and clicking on the link that is offered below the warning is recommended.
