User names are created and managed by Comply Serve from details received via our clients. If your company has a subscription to our service there will be at least one person assigned as a point of contact who can authorise the addition of new accounts.  If you wish to be created as a user on the Comply Serve service's, you will need to locate and arrange access through this person.

User names can be configured to expire in accordance to any security processes and guidelines they may wish us to follow.
