I've lost my password?

If you have lost or forgotten your password (ie you don't just want to change your password), you can reset it by using our self service password reset facility, a link to which you can find on the main menu under support.  To use this you will need to provice your username and the email address that is associate with your account and you will also need access to that email account.

If you have any problems using the password reset you can of course email our This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  in order to have it reset.  You will need to send the email from the email address that is assigned to your account.  The password reset email will be sent back to that account for reasons of security.

Once you have recieved your password reset email and logged back into the system you will be required to change your password immeadiately.  The new password that you choose must actually be new, if it is not you will be presented with the login screen again and you must then login again with the password provided in the password reset email.

Once you password has been successfully changed you will see your applications.  If you end up back at the login page it means that you password change has failed, this might be for one of three reasons:

  • The password and confirmation did not match
  • The password is too short (minimum of 6 characters)
  • You have use the password before
