Is there a time out on a session?

There are a number of reasons why your session might be ended:

Timeout due to inactivity

If you do not use your Comply Serve applications for a period of 2 hours your applications will be closed.

Timeout for disconnected sessions

If you become "disconnected" from your application either by closing the application window using the Citrix connection centre or by shutting down your PC the the session will remain running on our servers for 2 hours after which the application/s will be closed.

If you had a disconnected application running on our servers it will be reconnected once you log back into the system.  If you find this is not happening try pressing the "reconnect" button beneath the applications window.  If you do not see this button it may be that you have an old version of the Citrix client and updating to a newer version should add this functionality.

Session terminated for the daily backup

Your company's database is backed up every day.  When this happens depends on what your company has requested but by default it occurs at 03:00 UK time.  Pop-up warnings will be given 15 and 2 minutes before the log off occurs.
