How can I browse to my local folder/desktop/disk drive?

When you are connected to our system and running an application you might want to access files that are on your local machine. Breaking these instances down into three catagorise:

Access local hard disks - You should be able to see all of your local hard disks, they will show up within our applications as "C$ on client"

Accessing network drives - In a corporate environemt you will normally have disk drives configured that you connect to over your local network.  You cannot by default access these from our applications, to save to these kind of location you will need to save to you machine first and then move them as you would any other file on your machine. Note: if requested by a customer we can configure access to your network drives.  This is a per customer setting which means that this will effect all of your users, if they have the specified drive it will be connected.

Accessing your desktop - Your desktop is accessed in the ame way as any other folder on your local machine, depending upon your operating system the path to your desktop will be either:

Windows XP:"C$ on Client":\Documents and Setting\Your Username\Desktop
Windows Vista & 7:"C$ on Client":\Users\Your Username\Desktop

But I can't open "C$ on Client

If you can't open any of you local disks it may be that you have disabled access.  This can be re-enabled by double clicking on the Citrix icon in the bottom right of your screen, clicking on the file Security button and then choosing settings that allow access.
