If you lose your Internet connection your Citrix client will initially keep your session open in the hope that Internet access will be returned quite quickly.  Your mouse pointer within the Comply Serve application will turn to an hour glass indicating that the system is "busy".   

If your connection is not resumed the application the Citrix client will close giving you a warning.  Your application will continue to run on our servers for the next 2 hours in a "disconnected" state.  Once you have Internet access again simply log into Comply Serve and your applications will re-connect.

When you get your applictions back they will be in the state in which you last saw them them.

After two hours in a disconnected state applications are terminated.
